Bath Township maintains a park located behind the Township Offices, located at
1006 Yellow Springs- Fairfield Road.
The park is open to the public, and is open from dawn to dusk.
The Township Hall is not currently available to be rented by the public, however, reservations can be made for the outdoor park shelters below.

Park Rules:

The park is open from dawn to dusk.

There is no overnight parking or camping allowed in the park.

Motor Vehicles must remain on designated roads and parking areas. Driving on grass and walking paths is strictly forbidden. Dirt bikes, mini-bikes, ATVs, etc. are prohibited.

Structures, plants, and natural features may not be removed, damaged, or defaced.

No littering or dumping. Picnic areas should be clean and orderly after use.

Fires may only be built in the provided charcoal grills, must be attended at all times, and must be fully extinguished prior to leaving.

Animals are limited to dogs and cats, which must be kept on a short leash. Owners must clean up after their animals.

Playground, exercise equipment, and sporting areas are to be used only as intended, and are first-come first serve.

Beer, Alcohol, and drugs of abuse are prohibited.

Fireworks and Explosives of any kind are prohibited.

No person may hunt, trap, or endanger animals in any way.

Sales, solicitations, and placement of signs is prohibited without written permission from the Township Trustees

Further Restrictions may apply, as set forth by the Bath Township Trustees.
Request a Shelter
Our four picnic shelters are available for use by the public. Reservations are required to guarantee a shelter, and reservations take priority. Reservations can be made for a four-hour block, beginning at 8:00am and ending as late as 8:30pm. A non-refundable reservation fee of $20 is required for each four-hour reservation. Reservations can be made by clicking on the link for the picnic shelter you want to reserve below.
After making a reservation, please mail a check to Bath Township, 1006 Yellow Springs-Fairfield Road, Fairborn, OH 45324. Include your name and reservation date on the check. Checks may also be dropped off in person to the township offices, Mondays between 9am-3pm. Each shelter is equipped with a charcoal grill and several picnic tables. Use of alcohol and drugs is strictly prohibited. Shelters should be clean and left in good repair, with all trash and decorations disposed of properly.
