The Board of Zoning Appeals of the Bath Township, Greene County, Ohio, gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 17th, at 7:00pm, at the Township Offices, located at 1006 Yellow Springs-Fairfield Rd, Fairborn, Ohio 45324, to hear two cases. The first being a Variance Request at 4665 State Route 4, to build a new home with an existing home on lot and to determine setback for accessory structures. The second being a Variance Request to build an electronic sign structure with an electronic sign board on each side. A copy of the appeals are on file and is available for inspection and copying upon request from the Zoning Department at 937-878-0611. All persons have a right to appear in person or by representation to question the owner or give testimony.
