The Board of Zoning Appeals of Bath Township, Greene County, Ohio, gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, AUGUST 22nd, 2023, beginning at 6:00pm at the Township Offices, 1006 Yellow Springs-Fairfield Rd, Fairborn, Ohio 45324, To hear the following cases:

Variance Request: Re-shaped parcel has two opposing front yards, requesting determination to treat secondary road frontage as rear yard.

Variance Request: Accessory structure placement on corner lot.


BZA 2023-00039:

Variance Request: Accessory vehicle parking location


A copy of each application is on file with the Bath Township Zoning Administrator and is available for inspection and copying upon request. All persons have a right to appear in person or by representation to question the owner or give testimony. The Board of Zoning Appeals action is the final determination on each request, unless otherwise overturned by the Court of Common Pleas.
