The Bath Township Zoning Commission, Greene County, Ohio, gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held as part of the regular Zoning Commission Meeting, on Monday, August 7th, 2023, 6pm, at the Township Offices, located at 1006 Yellow Springs-Fairfield Rd, Fairborn, Ohio 45324, regarding the proposed text amendments to the Zoning Resolution, amending the lot coverage percentage for non-conforming R-1 zoned parcels.
A copy of the proposed text amendment is on file with the Zoning Administrator and is available for inspection and copying upon request from the Zoning Department at 937-878-0611. All persons have a right to appear in person or by representation to ask questions or give testimony.
