The Bath Township Board of Trustees, Greene County, Ohio, gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, August 21st, 2024, 6pm, during the regularly scheduled public meeting, at the Township Offices, located at 1006 Yellow Springs-Fairfield Rd, Fairborn, Ohio 45324, regarding proposed text amendments to the Zoning Resolution to sections 801.1, 423.6, 423.5, 515, 516, 517, 101.2, and 504.1c, and a Re-zoning request for parcels A01000100050000800, A01000100050003200, and A01000100050000900, located at 2346 and 2348 National Road. A copy of the proposed text amendments and re-zoning requests are on file and are available for inspection and copying upon request from the Zoning Department at 937-878-0611.
