The Bath Township Zoning Commission, Greene County, Ohio, gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held as part of the regular Zoning Commission Work Session, on Monday, February 5th, 2024, 6pm, at the Township Offices, 1006 Yellow Springs-Fairfield Rd, Fairborn, Ohio, 45324, Regarding a re-zoning request for parcel A01000200310004400, 837 Herr Rd, from Prime Ag to A-1 Zoning.
Additionally, the Bath Township Trustees will have a Public Hearing to receive comments on this Re-Zoning Request, along with receiving a formal recommendation from the Zoning Commission, on Wednesday, February 21st, 2024, at 6 pm, at the Township Offices, 1006 Yellow Springs-Fairfield Rd, Fairborn, Ohio, 45324, as part of the regularly scheduled township meeting.
A copy of the re-zoning request is on file with the Zoning Administrator and is available for inspection and copying upon request at 937-878-0611. All persons have a right to appear in person or by representation to ask questions or give testimony.
